| dc.description | En este artículo se realiza un acercamiento al proceso evolutivo que ha experimentado la Teoría del Delito a lo largo de la historia, denotando un recorrido, dinámico y complejo, desde una concepción naturalista del delito hacia una visión más amplia y elaboradas, llegando a cierto nivel de encuentro doctrinal en la denominada teoría de la imputación objetiva. Sobre este aspecto, la incansable labor de la doctrina jurídica sigue realizando nuevas propuestas. En ese iter la conducta y la concepción formal del delito reflejan una búsqueda en su intento de alcanzar la precisión jurídica, se han constituido en unos aspectos centrales de debate y análisis, sobre los que se han desarrollado ciertos avances, los cuales, hoy en día, se enfrentan a nuevos y desafiantes retos en el escenario del Derecho Penal. | es |
