| Abstract: | A partir del constitucionalismo jurídico y político de nuestro tiempo, el libro analiza críticamente cómo se ha ido armando la “Constitución formal” y cómo se ha ido configurando la “Constitución material” en el actual Estado constitucional. Y en relación a esta última, se detiene especialmente el libro en la “justicia constitucional”, enfrentándola a las distintas teorías de la justicia y a los fundamentos contractualistas que parecen en principio sustentarla. |
