EL DAÑO AMBIENTAL Y LA PROTECCIÓN JURÍDICA DEL AMBIENTE EJECUTANDO EL CONCEPTO DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE EN EL PERÚ: El CASO DE LA ACTIVIDAD MINERA.

Abstract

La presente tesis doctoral involucra una investigación relacionada al daño ocasionado contra el ambiente, enfocándose en la evolución del marco jurídico en el Perú, en contraste con el europeo y otras regulaciones. Asimismo, busca exponer los efectos negativos y positivos que la minería genera, demostrando que existen medios, eficientes y sostenibles, para una industria alineada a los estándares que la regulación actual exige.This doctoral thesis involves an investigation related to the damage caused to the environment, focusing on the evolution of the legal framework in Peru, in contrast to the European and other regulations. Also, it seeks to expose the negative and positive effects generated by mining activities, demonstrating that there are efficient and sustainable means for this industry, following the standards required by the current regulatory rules.
