Resumen
Esta tesis se centra en abordar nuevos retos de los procesos de alcance de consenso derivados de la
participación de grandes grupos de expertos y de los sistemas de recomendación a grupo.
En primer lugar, se aborda la gestión de expertos con comportamientos no cooperativos en los
Procesos de Alcance de Consenso, de manera que este tipo de comportamientos no comprometa el
correcto funcionamiento del proceso de toma de decisión en grupo. Para ello se ha formulado una
propuesta basada en los operadores de agregación uninorma y otra basada en la medida de
hipersimilitud propuesta por R. Yager.
En segundo lugar, se presenta una propuesta en la que se integra un proceso de alcance de consenso
al esquema general de los sistemas de recomendación a grupo, obteniendo como resultado una
significante mejora en la satisfacción de los usuarios.
This thesis focusses on addressing new challenges of consensus reaching processes, which have been provoked by the participation of large groups of experts and the group recommender systems. Firstly, it is tackled the management of experts with non-cooperative behaviours in consensus reaching processes, in arder to impede that these kind of behaviours compromise the performance of the group decision making process. To do so, there have been formulated two proposals. The first one is based on uninorm aggregation operators, whereas the second one uses the hypersimilarity measure proposed by R. Yager. Secondly, it is presentad a proposal in which a consensus reaching process is integrated in the general scheme of the group recommender systems, obtaining as a result a significant improvement in users' satisfaction.
