LA FORMACIÓN EN GESTORES DE INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS

Abstract

Esta tesis indagó perspectivas de desarrollo para la formación y cualificación de gestores administrativos de instalaciones y equipamientos deportivos en Entes Deportivos Municipales y Secretarías de Deporte Municipal de Antioquia, Colombia. Realizó un estudio mixto: análisis de contenido y grupo focal en lo cualitativo y no experimental-descriptivo-transversal en lo cuantitativo. Se identifican áreas temáticas en la gestión de instalaciones deportivas, inferencias sobre la formación disciplinar y permanente del gestor deportivo y orientaciones para su cualificación con aportes de gestores deportivos como expertos locales y el apoyo de expertos internacionales. Las rutas emergentes se orientan a propuestas de cualificación profesional y laboral de los gestores, la creación de un sistema de formación articulando el Ente Deportivo Departamental, Universidades locales e internacionales y la generación de nuevos núcleos de formación disciplinar y permanente a través de líneas de investigación en universidades.This thesis investigated development prospects for the training and qualification of administrative managers of sports facilities in Municipal Sports Entities and Municipal Sports Secretariats of Antioquia, Colombia. It is a mixed study: content analysis and focal group in the qualitative and not experimental-descriptive-transversal in the quantitative. It identified thematic areas in the management of sports facilities, inferences about the disciplinary and permanent training of the sports manager and guidance for their qualification with contributions from sports managers as local experts and the support of international experts. The emerging routes are aimed at proposals for professional and labor qualification of the managers, the creation of a training system articulating the departmental sports entity, local and international universities and the generation of new cores of disciplinary and permanent training through research lines in universities.
