Estudio de los indicadores psicosociales y académicos en adultos jóvenes andaluces

Abstract

La adultez es un periodo que conlleva unas características que los jóvenes alcanzan tras el paso por la adolescencia, considerándose que el desarrollo de las distintas etapas puede ser un proceso alterable y cambiante en el que intervienen diversos factores psicosociales, académicos y relacionados con los hábitos de salud. Por ello, y ante la necesidad de explicar qué fenómenos pueden actuar como factores de riesgo o factores preventivos en el proceso madurativo del individuo se plantea como objetivo general, el definir y analizar los indicadores psicosociales, factores académicos, físico-deportivos y sociodemográficos de adolescentes y adultos jóvenes de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía. El diseño de los estudios desarrollados se divide en dos modalidades, el primero de ellos corresponde a la adaptación de un cuestionario y los siete restantes son de carácter descriptivo y corte transversal, donde se utilizan tres muestras diferentes obteniendo un total de 3.990 sujetos.
