LA EVALUACIÓN DE LOS RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES: IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LA PROBLEMÁTICA Y PROPUESTAS PRÁCTICAS

Abstract

En la actualidad, los riesgos psicosociales se conforman como uno de los primordiales problemas que más dificultades plantean en el ámbito de la seguridad y la salud en los lugares de trabajo. De hecho al mismo tiempo que los riesgos psicosociales han ganado amplitud, diversificación y complejidad, también, se ha constatado una mayor ambigüedad e imprecisión sobre la misma, afectando primordialmente a la realidad más práctica de prevención de los riesgos psicosociales en el lugar del trabajo. Por lo cual aún hoy en día existe un gran desconocimiento sobre la materia, generando una sensación de temor por parte de los empresarios para abordarlos, relegándolos a un lugar secundario frente al conjunto de los riesgos laborales. A partir de ello, entendemos la necesidad de concienciar sobre la viabilidad de una evaluación eficaz de los riesgos psicosociales como una acción preventiva de aspecto nuclear que se incluya en el sistema de gestión preventiva de la organización empresarial.

Currently, psychosocial risks are one of the main problems that pose the greatest difficulties in the field of safety and health in the workplace. In fact, at the same time that psychosocial risks have gained amplitude, diversification and complexity, there has also been a greater ambiguity and imprecision about it, affecting primarily the most practical reality of prevention of psychosocial risks in the workplace. So even today there is a great lack of knowledge on the subject, generating a sense of fear on the part of employers to address them, relegating them to a secondary place in front of the set of occupational risks. Based on this, we understand the need to raise awareness about the viability of an effective evaluation of psychosocial risks as a preventive action with a nuclear aspect that is included in the preventive management system of the business organization.
