NEMATODOS RABDÍTIDOS DE DUNAS COSTERAS DEL SUR Y ESTE DE LA PENÍNSULA IBÉRICA

Abstract

En este trabajo se estudian los nematodos del orden Rhabditida asociados a dunas costeras del sur y este de la península ibérica. Se han obtenido un total de 6988 ejemplares en 42 dunas costeras, pertenecientes a 72 especies, 37 géneros y 18 familias del orden Rhabditida. Tras el estudio de las especies halladas se han obtenido ocho nuevas citas para la península ibérica y se han aclarado las relaciones taxonómicas y filogenéticas existentes entre algunos géneros y especies. Respecto a la nematofauna en las dunas examinadas se concluye que los rabdítidos son el grupo más abundante y más diverso, siendo la familia Cephalobidae la predominante en ellas. También, se ha podido observar que los nematodos bacteriófagos son el grupo más frecuente en estas dunas. Finalmente, la costa de Almería ha resultado la zona con mayor diversidad de especies del orden Rhabditida, disminuyendo a medida que nos acercamos al norte peninsular.In this work, nematodes of the order Rhabditida associated to coastal dunes in the south and east of the Iberian Peninsula have been studied. A total of 6988 specimens have been obtainedin 42 coastal dunes, belonging to 72 species, 37 genera and 18 families of the order Rhabditida. After stuying the species found, eight new cites have been obtained for the Iberian Peninsula, and taxonomic and phylogenetic relationships existing between some genera and species have been reveals. Regarding to nematofauna from the dunes examined, the results show the rhabditid nematodes as the most abundant and most diverse group, being the family Cephalobidae the predominant group of them. Also, the bacteriophage nematodes have been the most frequent group in these dunes. Finally, Almeria coast have been the are with highest diversity of species of the order Rhabditida, decreasing to the north of the peninsula.
