LA FORMACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DEL DOCENTE Y LAS PRÁCTICAS INCLUSIVAS EN EL CONTEXTO BRASILEÑO

Abstract

Esta tesis parte del objetivo: analizar la influencia de la formación tecnológica del docente en el carácter inclusivo de sus prácticas en el aula. La muestra (161 sujetos) seleccionada está extraída de la población de docentes de la ciudad de Alagoinha (Brasil). El diseño de investigación ha sido no experimental, a través de un instrumento de recogida de información tipo escala Likert, que fue validado en contenido y constructo con un análisis factorial exploratorio. Se ha utilizado una metodología de corte cuantitativo y cualitativo. Los resultados más relevantes muestran la debilidad en la formación tecnológica docente en cuanto a su aplicabilidad escolar, aumentada por la brecha entre los cursos de formación y la realidad tecnológica vigente. Por otra parte, la formación en prácticas inclusivas es escasa y excluyente para muchos profesores de otras redes escolares, además de estar orientada a especialistas y no docentes en general.This thesis is based on the objective: to analyze the influence of the technological training of teachers on the inclusive nature of their practices in the classroom. The sample (161 subjects) selected is taken from the population of teachers in the city of Alagoinha (Brazil). The research design has been non-experimental, through a Likert scale type information collection instrument, which was validated in content and construct with an exploratory factorial analysis. A quantitative and qualitative methodology was used. The most relevant results show the weakness in technological teacher training in terms of its school applicability, increased by the gap between training courses and the current technological reality. On the other hand, training in inclusive practices is scarce and exclusive for many teachers from other school networks, in addition to being oriented towards specialists and non-teachers in general.
