APLICACIÓN PRÁCTICA DE LA ACCESIBILIDAD EN DESTINOS TURÍSTICOS INTELIGENTES

Resumen
Originado por el proceso evolutivo que envuelve a la Smart City, se hace necesario instaurar el Turismo Inclusivo basado en la Accesibilidad Universal y capaz de poner a la persona en el centro de toda estrategia de reconversión, en el nuevo modelo de territorio denominado Destino Turístico Inteligente.
Esta implicación que parte de la Declaración de Manila, aprobada en 1980 por la Organización Mundial del Turismo donde se asocia por primera vez el término de turismo al de accesibilidad, pone de manifiesto la situación actual en España de los destinos que destacan como Ciudad Accesible, Ciudad Inteligente y Destino Turístico Inteligente. Para ello, se establecen las consideraciones a tener en cuenta para que la inteligencia de los territorios favorezcan los derechos de las personas con discapacidad y la calidad de la experiencia turística de toda la ciudadanía, desde la información recogida por turistas, residentes e informantes clave del sector.
Originated by the evolutionary process that involves Smart City, it is necessary to establish Inclusive Tourism based on Universal Accessibility and able to place the person at the center of any reconversion strategy in the new model of territory called Intelligent Tourist Destination. This implication as part of the Manila Declaration, adopted in 1980 by the World Tourism Organization where the term tourism is first associated with accessibility, highlights the current situation in Spain of the destinations that stand out as Accessible City, Smart City and Smart Tourist Destination. For this, the considerations to be taken into account are established so that the intelligence of the territories favors the rights of persons with disabilities and the quality of the tourist experience of all citizens, from information collected by tourists, residents and key informants sector.
