Resumen
El trabajo de investigación realizado, está centrado en estudiar cómo va a afectar a los materiales de envases plásticos alimentarios el tratamiento de conservación por altas presiones hidrostáticas, método hoy en día de gran interés por ofrecer productos alimenticios carentes de aditivos y por apenas alterar la calidad y características de ellos.
Así mismo, se ha estudiado, a raíz del proyecto realizado denominado Envactiplás, cómo se ven afectados a nivel físico y microbiológico, materiales plásticos sin aditivar y aditivados con sustancias, fundamentalmente con actividad antimicrobiana.
Se ha estudiado así mismo la actividad antibacteriana de plásticos activados con diferentes antimicrobianos.
The research work carried out is focused on studying how food plastic packaging materials will be affected by the conservation treatment by high hydrostatic pressures, method today of great interest in offering food products without additives and for barely altering the quality and characteristics of them. Likewise, it has been studied, as a result of the project called Envactiplás, how are affected at the physical and microbiological level, plastic materials without additive and additives with substances, mainly with antimicrobial activity. The antibacterial activity of plastic films activated with antimicrobials has been studied as well.
