The stubborn reality means that in all areas and countries, even though different intensity, transcendental aspects are repeated to the presente and the future of young people, who are harmed sometimes and offenders, they need decisive, preventive and protective answers directed by the powers of the state. | en |
| dc.description | El estudio global y pormenorizado del menor en nuestros días, se compone de numerosas fragmentaciones jurídicas y existenciales sistémicas, que configuran un retrato no exento de complejas manifestaciones que convierten en estructural cotidianeidad, comportamientos y problemas individuales, a los que se da respuesta bajo un marco legal nacional e internacional, que posibilite el funcionamiento natural en las vidas de niños y jóvenes. La realidad es tozuda, y supone que de forma contumaz en todos los órdenes y países, aunque con distinta intensidad, se repitan aspectos presumiblemente trascendentales para el presente y el futuro de los jóvenes, los cuales, unas veces como perjudicados y otras como ofensores, precisan de respuestas resolutivas, preventivas y protectoras articuladas por los poderes del Estado. | es |
