Resumen
Se han llevado a cabo estudios de revisión sistemática, asociación e intervención en escolares
diagnosticados TDAH de Educación Primaria y Secundaria, que finalmente se tradujeron en
siete artículos sobre: Revisión sistemática sobre Actividad Física y su efecto en cognición y
comportamiento en jóvenes TDAH, Revisión sistemática sobre Actividad Física y su efecto en
cognición, comportamiento y habilidades motrices en jóvenes con Trastorno del Espectro Autista,
Revisión sistemática y gruía práctica sobre programas de Actividad Física incluidos en el
currículo escolar y su efecto sobre la cognición, Relación entre condición física y práctica de
Actividad Física, sobre cognición y comportamiento en escolares TDAH, Efectos inmediatos de
C-HIIT en escolares TDAH sobre atención, concentración, memoria, razonamiento lingüístico y
cálculo matemático, Efecto a largo plazo de C-HIIT en escolares TDAH sobre cognición, calidad
de sueño y comportamiento. Además, se han realizado diversas comunicaciones y ponencias en
congresos internacionales y actividades de divulgación.
Systematic review, association and intervention studies have been carried out in schoolchildren diagnosed with ADHD in Primary and Secondary Education, which finally resulted in seven articles on: Systematic review on Physical Activity and its effect on cognition and behavior in young ADHD, Systematic review on Physical Activity and its effect on cognition, behavior and motor skills in young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Systematic review and practical guide on Physical Activity programs included in the school curriculum and its effect on cognition, Relationship between physical condition and practice of Physical Activity, on cognition and behavior in ADHD schoolchildren, Immediate effects of C-HIIT in ADHD schoolchildren on attention, concentration, memory, linguistic reasoning and mathematical calculation, Long-term effect of C-HIIT in ADHD schoolchildren on cognition, quality of sleep and behavior. In addition, various communications and presentations have been made at international congresses and outreach activities.
