SENTIDO DE COHERENCIA, SOBRECARGA SUBJETIVA, ANSIEDAD Y SÍNTOMAS DEPRESIVOS EN PERSONAS CUIDADORAS DE FAMILIARES MAYORES DEPENDIENTES

Abstract

Objetivos: • Determinar la prevalencia e incidencia de sobrecarga subjetiva, ansiedad y depresión. • Identificar el nivel de sentido de coherencia y su evolución en el tiempo. • Analizar el efecto del sentido de coherencia en la sobrecarga subjetiva, la ansiedad y la depresión y su relación en el tiempo Diseño: revisión sistemática con metaanálisis y longitudinal prospectivo. Participantes: muestra de 132 personas cuidadoras de familiares mayores dependientes del Distrito Sanitario Jaén Nordeste. Mediciones principales: Sentido de coherencia, sobrecarga subjetiva, ansiedad y síntomas depresivos. Resultados: El sentido de coherencia permaneció estable y se asoció negativamente con la sobrecarga subjetiva, ansiedad y síntomas depresivos. Conclusiones: El sentido de coherencia parece tener efectos protectores sobre la sobrecarga subjetiva, la ansiedad y los síntomas depresivos.

Results: The sense of coherence remained stable and was negatively associated with subjective overload, anxiety and depressive symptoms. Conclusions The sense of coherence seems to have protective effects on subjective overload, anxiety and depressive symptoms
