EL CINE Y EL SERIAL A TRAVÉS DEL ANÁLISIS DE LOS AUTORES COMERCIALES CONTEMPORÁNEOS. MARVEL Y LAS NUEVAS PLATAFORMAS FÍLMICAS.

Abstract

El tema central de esta tesis ha sido el de fundamentar la introducción del concepto de autor comercial a los términos ya existentes a la hora de describir al director de cine. Para ello, la parte central de la investigación se ha basado en el análisis de obras desarrolladas por autores comerciales como Cristopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, Denis Villeneuve o Guy Ritchie. Por otra parte, se ha realizado un análisis de las pautas que han conformado el éxito de la productora Marvel, así como de sus obras. Como conclusión principal extraída del análisis de las diferentes obras, ha quedado patente que cada autor comercial presenta una serie de características cinematográficas propias que aporta a cada una de sus producciones, como por ejemplo, la búsqueda de la complejidad narrativa en el desarrollo del guion o el constante movimiento de la cámara a la hora de rodar las secuencias.

The central theme of this thesis has been to support the introduction of the concept of the commercial auteur to the existing terms used to describe the film director. To this end, the central part of the research has been based on the analysis of works developed by commercial auteurs such as Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, Denis Villeneuve or Guy Ritchie. On the other hand, an analysis has been carried out of the patterns that have shaped the success of the Marvel production company, as well as of its works. As the main conclusion drawn from the analysis of the different works, it has become clear that each commercial author presents a series of cinematographic characteristics that he contributes to each of his productions, such as, for example, the search for narrative complexity in the development of the script or the constant movement of the camera when filming the sequences.
