El patrimonio histórico-artístico de Andalucía Oriental durante la Guerra Civil Española y la posguerra

Abstract

Estudio que analiza las gestiones emprendidas con el patrimonio histórico-artístico de Andalucía Oriental – Almería, Granada, Jaén y Málaga-, por parte de ambos bloques en pugna – republicanos y franquistas-, durante el conflicto bélico de la Guerra Civil Española y su posguerra (1936-1945). Nuestros principales objetivos son agrupar el mayor número de fuentes documentales sobre este tema, dispersas entre varios archivos locales, nacionales e internacionales, unido a una evaluación de las políticas culturales desarrolladas por los dos bandos en lucha, especialmente, en materia de salvaguardia de los bienes artísticos, tanto de carácter inmueble como mueble.Study that analyzes the efforts undertaken with the historical-artistic heritage of Eastern Andalusia – Almería, Granada, Jaén and Malaga-, by both competing blocks – Republicans and Francoists -, during the conflict of the Spanish Civil War and its post-war period (1936 -1945). Our mains objectives are to bring together the greatest number of documentary sources on this topic, dispersed among various local, national and international archives, together with an evaluation of the cultural policies developed by the two sides in struggle, especially in matters of safeguarding artistic objects, both immovable and movable.
