| dc.description | The 1950s-1960s saw intense mobilization in the university, workers' and neighbourhood sectors, whose demands and forms of protest differed from those practiced in previous decades. The proliferation of strikes and protests was accompanied by multiple propaganda formats that alarmed the authorities. This research analyses the creation of new legal bodies set up to combat this phenomenon, such as the National Special Court for Illegal Propaganda. The following are some examples of the proceedings initiated and the intersections that this court had with other courts that arose at the same time. | dc.description | Las décadas de 1950-1960 registraron una intensa movilización en el ámbito universitario, obrero y vecinal, cuyas reivindicaciones y formas de protesta diferían a las practicadas en décadas anteriores. La proliferación de huelgas y protestas vino acompañada de múltiples formatos propagandísticos que alarmaron a las autoridades. En esta investigación se analiza la creación de nuevos órganos jurídicos puestos en marcha para combatir este fenómeno, como el Juzgado Especial Nacional de Propaganda Ilegal.
