Planteamiento de un modelo de evaluación de Lean Supply Chain Management

Resumen

This paper proposes a model for evaluating lean supply chain management performance, based on the most commonly used performance indicators in the literature. The starting point is a Systematic Literature Review previously carried out by the authors, in order to identify the indicators that have received the most consensus, and a classification is made according to their nature, depending on whether it is operational, financial or market-based. The purpose of this model is to serve as a basis for the elaboration of a Balanced Scorecard model. Thus, a theoretical model is proposed to evaluate the results derived from lean supply chain management, grouping the indicators into approaches or perspectives of interest so that managers can guide their decision-making, similar to a balanced scorecard.
