Abstract

La finalidad de esta breve aportación no es otra que enunciar las referidas excepciones y los principios y especialidades más relevantes previstos por la LEC en el marco de los procedimientos que afectan al estado civil de las personas en los cuales, por evidenciarse un interés público, se impone la imperiosa necesidad de moderar el principio dispositivo que se asienta en el carácter privado de las pretensiones deducidas. Solo partiendo y entendiendo el hecho indiscutible de ese interés general y público que influye en los procedimientos previstos en este apartado de la LEC, se pueden comprender las alteraciones introducidas el régimen común.The purpose of this brief contribution is simply to spell out such exceptions and the most important principles and skills provided by the LEC under the procedures affecting the civil status of persons in which, evidenced by a public interest is imposes an urgent need to moderate the principle device that sits on the private nature of their claims. Only by understanding the basis and the indisputable fact that the public interest and influence in proceedings under this section of the LEC, the alterations can be made to understand the common scheme.
