SOSTENIBILIDAD, NEUROCIENCIA, DEPORTE ALTERNATIVO E INCLUSIÓN EDUCATIVA. PILARES DE UNA NUEVA PERSPECTIVA PEDAGÓGICA

Abstract

El objetivo de la tesis consiste en poder establecer sinergias positivas entre la sostenibilidad, neurociencia, deporte alternativo, concretamente el yoga y la inclusión educativa para poder extrapolar el conocimiento y los resultados de la presente investigación al campo educativo con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de esta. La muestra (1128 sujetos) seleccionada está extraída de la población de docentes y futuros. El diseño de investigación ha sido no experimental, a través de un instrumento de recogida de información tipo escala Likert, que fue validado en contenido y constructo con un análisis factorial exploratorio. Se ha utilizado una metodología de corte cuantitativo y cualitativo. Los resultados más relevantes denotan la necesaria actualización de las bases que rigen el actual sistema educativo en aras de poder mejorar la enseñanza que se le trasmite al alumnado y, por ende, la inclusión educativa entre otras variables. The sample (1128 subjects) selected was drawn from the population of teachers and future teachers. The research design was non-experimental, using a Likert scale type instrument to collect information, which was validated in content and construct with an exploratory factor analysis. A quantitative and qualitative methodology was used. The most relevant results indicate the need to update the bases governing the current educational system in order to improve the teaching transmitted to students and, therefore, educational inclusion, among other variables. The updating and inclusion of perspectives in the educational context are based on Sustainability, Neuroscience, Alternative Sports and Educational Inclusion.
