LA INSTRUMENTALIZACIÓN DE LA INFANCIA Y ADOLESCENCIA EN VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO

Abstract

Ante la falta de datos concretos para poder abordar la instrumentalización de los menores en Violencia de Género, nos planteamos la necesidad de profundizar en esta nueva modalidad en la violencia hacia las mujeres, que se produce tras la separación y que implica el mantenimiento de las relaciones paterno filiales entre el agresor y sus descendientes, así como, el riesgo que esto supone sobre los menores como víctimas. Por ello en esta Tesis tenemos como objetivos contribuir a su conocimiento científico y el reto de facilitar instrumentos eficaces para la evaluación forense en estos casos. Nuestros hallazgos aportan novedades relevantes a la literatura existente en referencia a la violencia vicaria, el conocimiento de las habilidades parentales de los agresores y su impacto en la infancia – adolescencia y en la revictimización de las madres. Proponiendo una herramienta de medida que denominamos Índice de Riesgo de los Menores a ser Instrumentalizados. Given the lack of concrete and specific data to address the instrumentalization of minors in Gender Violence, we consider the need to deepen in this new modality of violence against women, which occurs after separation and involves the maintenance of paternal-filial relationships between the aggressor and his descendants, as well as the risk that this poses on minors as victims. Therefore, in this Thesis we aim to contribute to their scientific knowledge and the challenge of providing effective tools for forensic evaluation in these cases. Our findings contribute relevant novelties to the existing literature in reference to vicarious violence, the knowledge of the parental skills of the aggressors and their impact on childhood-adolescence and on the revictimization of mothers. Proposing a measurement tool that we call Risk Index of Minors to be Instrumentalized.
