dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this paper is to propose a performance measurement framework to evaluate Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM) performance. A literature review was performed to identify the main goals and performance indicators in LSCM. A questionnaire was designed that included the identified goals and measures. Next, based on data collected from international academics and practitioners with expertise in LSCM, a two-stage Delphi study using Fuzzy Delphi and Fuzzy DEMATEL methods was carried out to refine the most relevant goals and metrics and their interrelationships and establish benchmark values that are useful for managers to evaluate the performance achieved through the deployment of lean principles, practices, and techniques throughout the supply chain. Finally, an integrated performance measurement framework based on the balanced scorecard approach is proposed with a discussion of the academic and practical implications of the proposed framework. | es_ES |
